BULK BEEF PACKAGES - TAKING ORDERS NOW!

We have availability for bulk beef orders that will be available around December timeframe but could be slightly earlier. Best to get your order in as soon as possible so we can get your customization requests for beef cuts by early November.
Packages start at Introductory Pkg (1 cubic ft approx of meat), then Quarter Pkg, Side Pkg & the Whole Pkg. Email us soon if you are interested in ordering and we would be pleased to assist you to make sure you get the right package for your household size, freezer capacity & budget.

Have you had a chance to visit our new online store? Just launched in October, now you can view the store 24 hours a day and see what is currently in stock. New products will be added to the store as they become available and inventory is updated regularly. We will be sending out the catalogue to those on our newsletter list bi-weekly so you can keep up to date and shop local! Click here to visit the store now.

SOUP HENS IN 'STOCK' SOON!

In early November there will be many soup hens added to our online store available for purchase. These birds are heritage breed chickens that have been the egg layers for the past year or so at the farm. We estimate they will weigh between 2-3 lbs. They will taste very 'chicken-ey' and be wonderful for making your own chicken broth/stock. The meat may be somewhat tougher than a normal meat chicken, but is perfect for using in soups. Some people enjoy the taste and texture and eat in casseroles - however you may not want to use the chicken meat as the 'star' of the meal such as chicken breasts for dinner. We are working on setting a price which will be online in the store soon.

AUTUMN DEALS!
The air is cooling off outdoors as autumn is in full season! Many customers have placed orders to fill their freezers for winter so we have a lot of beef arriving in a few weeks. That means we need to make some room in the freezers. These deals are only available on orders placed today to October 31st and orders must be picked up at the farm by end of day on October 31st. Order in our online store and the final invoice pricing will be adjusted to show the sale pricing and sent to you before you need to make payment.
